"Refund took way too long"
My return was accepted quickly, so I figured the refund would follow soon after. Instead, it felt like I was just stuck waiting with no clear update. it gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling — they make the return process seem simple, but getting my money back took way longer than expected.

"Definitely more expensive than it should be"
I’m honestly 100% sure the prices here were higher than they needed to be. I found the exact same stuff on other sites for less, so it was hard to feel like I was getting a good deal.

I ordered from beveragefactory.com, and the box showed up beat up with about no padding inside. One corner was crushed, and the items were just loose in there. For what I paid around shipping, I expected much better packaging. Not happy with it at all.

"Solid cooler, does what I needed"
I’m happy with the beverage cooler I got from BeverageFactory. I mostly care about whether it keeps drinks cold and feels sturdy, and on both of those, it’s been great. The shelves feel solid, not flimsy, and everything has been working like it should. I did notice a small scuff on one side, but once it was set up, I barely paid attention to it. Overall, it feels like a good quality cooler and I’d buy it again

"Shipping Took Its Sweet Time"
I ordered from beveragefactory.com thinking the shipping would be straightforward. Silly me, expecting a package to move like it had somewhere to be.
The tracking barely changed, so I ended up checking it way more than I should have, like that was somehow going to inspire the box to travel faster.
By the time it finally arrived, I was already irritated. The product showed up, sure, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something in a hurry

"Took awhile to hear back"
I reached out and it took forever to get a reply. The responses did come eventually, but they were just really slow and kinda frustrating to wait on.

"Ordering was simple enough"
Placing the order was easy overall, and checkout went through fine. I did get the feeling a few steps were maybe designed to steer me toward extra stuff, but nothing too frustrating.

"I went on beveragefactory hoping to quickly find..."
I went on beveragefactory hoping to quickly find some drink and dispenser options, but the selection felt limited. A few categories barely had anything, and some of the stuff I clicked on was out of stock, which got annoying fast. The site itself is fine, but I didn’t have the patience to keep digging when there wasn’t much there for me.
